On April 22,2011, Chinese President Hu Jintao sent a message of congratulations to Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands on Dutch Queen's Day.

In his message, President Hu extends his warm congratulations and best wishes to Her Majesty, Dutch government and people.

President Hu also says that the bilateral relationship between the Netherlands and China has registered sound development. Political, economic, cultural as well as people to people exchanges and cooperation have made fruitful progress. He is of the firm belief that with our joint efforts, the friendly cooperative relations between our two countries will develop consistently and profoundly.
